Rose Consulting is an accounting and business consulting firm focusing on the needs of small to mid size businesses. Our areas of expertise range from corporate and personal tax return preparation, tax advice, accounting, including but not limited to financial statement preparation, bookkeeping services and business consulting.
The company’s principal, Richard E. Rose, has 30 years of experience in the areas of accounting and finance as well as business operations, holding C level positions in manufacturing and distribution company’s, most recently serving as President of the Nytef Group, Inc, a manufacturer of high performance industrial polymers. After exiting this business Richard started his own company, Rose Consulting, to assist businesses from starting a business, to exiting a business and everything in between with a focus on tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping and business consulting services.
Rose Consulting provides a strategic advantage versus their competition by providing real world business experience to its clients in addition to all of the typical services provided by an accounting and consulting firm. The company prides itself on providing high level services to smaller company’s who are often overlooked. The goal of Rose Consulting is to provide expertise in multiple areas and act as a strategic partner for its client base.
Richard is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals and the Harvard Business School Club of South Florida. Richard is also dedicated to various charities and sits on the board of directors for the Harvard Alumni Aerospace Organization and the Humane Society of Jupiter and Tequesta, serving as Treasurer of both organizations.
Richard is an alumnus of the following institutions. State University of New York at Cobleskill, University of Florida and the Harvard Business School. He is currently enrolled in the Masters of Taxation program at the University of Cincinnati and has achieved passing grades on the Uniform Certified Public Accountants exam.
